Three people have lost their lives and dozens of residential houses have been destroyed.
Hedayatullah Hamdard, head of the Baghlan Department of Natural Disaster Management, said that on Thursday night, heavy rainfall triggered flash floods in Khinjan district, killing three people and destroying 15 residential houses.
He added that, according to preliminary information, a further 19 houses were also destroyed in Doshi and Dahana-i-Ghori districts.
