Jahan Zeb, a social activist, and a psychotherapist at McMaster Family Health Center in Hamilton of Canada, spends his holidays with his family in famous places of Canada.
Khushal Khan, the son of Jahan Zeb, who is pursuing his MBA at McMaster University, imports boats and watercrafts from the United States to Canada.
He also goes to beaches with his family on weekends to feel fresh and enjoy his free time.

Jahan Zeb says Pashtuns have been under personal and social pressure for a long time; they are also engaged in heavy work in foreign countries; That’s why they don’t get a chance to spend time with their family and friends.
He also said that Pashtuns should try to spend their vacation with their families and friends outside in parks and beaches so that can avoid mental illnesses.
Jahan Zeb says: “I love Mother Earth and its blessings, especially water, trails and company of family and friends!”
According to him, mental problems affect family life; To have happy and healthy life, it is necessary for elder members of the family to provide them with recreational opportunities and support them.
