A coordination meeting among Afghan businesspeople was recently held in Ontario, Canada, with the participation of Afghan entrepreneurs and Afghan immigrants residing in the province.
The event took place on November 26th and was organized by the Canada-Afghanistan Business Council.
The gathering brought together Afghan investors from various business sectors, who shared their experiences to promote and expand their commercial activities.
At the start of the meeting, the Council’s President, Aziz Amiri, emphasized that the purpose of the gathering was to strengthen relationships among Afghan businesspeople in Ontario, foster the exchange of experiences, and encourage collaborative business ventures.
The meeting proved valuable not only for enhancing economic cooperation among Afghan entrepreneurs but also for creating opportunities to share professional skills and support further development.
Afghan newcomers to Ontario also attended the event. By listening to the speakers’ insights, they gained a better understanding of the Canadian market and learned strategies to improve their job prospects.
The discussion also centered on expanding Afghan business networks, with a commitment to organizing similar meetings in the future to further strengthen collaboration among entrepreneurs and broaden the reach of Afghan businesses in Canada.
