Members of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) and Afghan residents of Toronto held an anti-Pakistan protest in the city. The aim of the demonstration was to raise their voice against the detention of PTM activists, the forced expulsion of Afghans from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the Pakistani regime’s airstrikes in Afghanistan.
Speakers at the protest urged Canada, international human rights organizations, and influential regional countries to hold Pakistan accountable and impose practical and effective sanctions in response to its human rights violations.
