least 13 people were killed and several others injured in reciprocal Russian and Ukrainian attacks over the past 24 hours, according to reports.
Reuters said Russian strikes on several Ukrainian regions, including Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia, killed at least 10 people.
Ukrainian officials said the attacks involved missiles, guided bombs and drones, damaging residential buildings and civilian infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Russian authorities said Ukrainian drone attacks on Russia’s border regions killed at least three people.
They said Russian air defence systems intercepted and destroyed dozens of Ukrainian drones, although some managed to hit their intended targets.
The attacks came amid continued heavy fighting between the two sides, while diplomatic efforts to end the war have yet to produce any breakthrough, Reuters reported.
