Amid increased tension and air strikes by Israel on south Lebanon, the US and Jordan have advised their nationals to leave the country.
So far the death toll caused by recent Israeli air strikes has risen to 37 on Lebanon side, reports said.
The Israeli air forces conducted air strikes on the south of Lebanon on Friday on a gathering of Hezbollah group which had arranged their rocket attacks on Israel.
Hezbollah confirmed the death of 14 members including a commander Mohammad Mahmood Wahbi the head of elite Radwan forces in the Israeli strikes in the suburbs of Beirut city.
As tension between Hezbollah and Israel increased, the US and Jordan asked their citizens to leave Lebanon.
The State Department urged its citizens “to depart Lebanon while commercial options are still available” and due to “unpredictable nature of the ongoing conflict between Hezbollah and Israel” leave that country.
The current conflicts between Israel and Hezbollah follow the war in Gaza.
