With the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 just around the corner, Afghanistan meet New Zealand in second warm-up match today (Sunday) at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.
The match will begin at 1:30pm Afghanistan time.
In their first practice match, Pakistan Shaheen defeated Afghanistan by 144 runs.
The ICC 2025 Champions Trophy is scheduled to begin on February 19th in Pakistan.
The defending champions and hosts, Pakistan, will face New Zealand in the opening match at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.
Afghanistan placed in Group B with Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa
Led by Hashmat, Afghanistan will start their Champions Trophy campaign against South Africa on February 21 in Karachi.
Their second group-stage match will be against England on February 26, followed by their final group-stage game against New Zealand on February 28.
