The International Development and Relief Foundation (IDRF) successfully raised nearly 300,000 Canadian dollars for the support of people in need in Afghanistan during 3rd annual fundraising event “United for Afghanistan”.
This humanitarian fundraising program provided a valuable opportunity to assist vulnerable families in Afghanistan.
The event was attended by prominent Afghan figures, including Aziz Amiri, Mahmood Qasim, Razia Hamidi, Imam Hamza Wardak, Neelofar Mansouri, and Fereshteh Bastam, who delivered inspiring and enlightening speeches.
Afghans residing in Canada played an active role in organizing this event and raising funds for those in needs in Afghanistan. They contributed significantly to raising a total of 297,600 Canadian dollars.
IDRF is a registered charity in Canada that works in the fields of humanitarian aid and sustainable development in countries in need, including Afghanistan.
