The republican movement emerged after the fall of the republic system in Afghanistan, primarily from among the Afghan diaspora abroad.
This movement is politically advocating for the establishment of democratic values and systems in Afghanistan, but it does not believe in war and violence. Instead, its approach is peaceful.
The question remains, what kind of democratic system does this movement seek, and how successful will its approach be?
The current interim government in Afghanistan has shown no interest in meaningful dialogue with them. However, in this context, the republican movement is in search of what type of system, and how effective will their strategy be?
To explore this, Wesal TV has conducted an interview with Shah Mahmood Miakhel, the former governor of Nangarhar during the previous government and the head of the Political Affairs and Foreign Relations Committee of the Republican Movement.
We would like to draw your attention to this interview.
