A large number of Afghans have participated in Summer Mela(Festival) in Ottawa, the capital of Canada.
Afghans who recently arrived in Canada and live with their close relatives also participated in this festival.
The festival was organised and sponsored by Naj Sadaat, a Canadian based Afghan realtor.
She said the purpose of organising Summer Festival was to improve unity and solidarity among Afghans living in Canada and Otawa City.
She told Wesal TV: “Afghans are facing immense challenges when it comes to the purchase of house or finding a house for rent and I am trying my best to seek solution to this problem.”
She said we will strive to organise similar programmes for Afghans in Ottawa in the future.
