Dr.-Ing. Fazlullah Akhtar got his bachelor’s degree in the faculty of Agricultural Engineering and Technology at the University of Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2006 and completed his master’s degree in agriculture and resource management from the University of Bonn in 2011. He has completed his doctorate in the Department of Water Management at Bonn University. Currently, he works as a post-doctoral researcher at Bonn University.
In addition to research projects, Akhtar worked as an expert in infrastructure development projects of the Presidential Palace in Afghanistan, and also worked as a scholarship consultant in the Ministry of Higher Education, in the USAID project of the Ministry of Rural Reconstruction and Development.
