The Ministry of Refugee and Repatriation says nearly 1000 Afghan refugees returned to the country after being expelled from Pakistan during the past five days.
The ministry said 192 families returned from Pakistan last week. Wesal TV collected the figures from MoRR’s X handle.
MoRR wrote 702 people, comprising 139 families, were deported from Pakistan through Torkham and 53 families, comprising 276 people, returned via Spin Boldak crossing.
