Wahidullah Nezhand, Afghanistan’s well-known MMA fighter, will step into the cage tonight against his Argentine opponent.
The fight will take place during the 30th edition of the FNC mixed martial arts event in the 77kg weight category at the Krešimir Ćosić Hall in Zadar, Croatia.
Nezhand’s opponent is Laureano Staropoli, who holds a professional record of 13 wins and 7 losses.
Nezhand, who previously competed in the Oktagon organization, signed with the FNC organization in late January 2026.
So far in his professional career, he has fought 12 matches, winning 10 and losing 2.
It is worth mentioning that Wahidullah Nezhand had impressive performances in Oktagon and was even named Fighter of the Year in his weight division.
