You can also test your own physical and mental abilities, such as your reaction time, balance, memory, and endurance.
The Bruce Poon Tip Living Earth Hall is an exhibit that showcases the diversity and beauty of life on Earth. Here you can walk through the Telus Rain Forest, a tropical ecosystem that is home to more than 50 species of plants and animals, including poison dart frogs, orchids, and banana trees. You can also see a real fin whale skeleton, crawl through a cave, and admire a coral reef.
The Science Arcade is a classic exhibit that has been a visitor favorite since the Science Centre opened in 1969. Here you can play with more than 60 exhibits that demonstrate the principles of physics and engineering, such as electricity, magnetism, sound, light and motion. You can also watch live demonstrations, such as the Hair-Raising Experience, where you can see how static electricity can make your hair stand on end.
