At least six people have been killed and several others injured in an armed clash between two tribes over a land dispute in Balochistan, according to media reports on Monday.
The clash broke out on Sunday in the Qila Abdullah district, Dawn newspaper reported. Both sides reportedly used modern firearms during the exchange, leaving six dead and several others injured.
Four of the injured were said to be in critical condition and were transferred to a hospital in Quetta for urgent medical treatment.
Local authorities have launched an investigation and initiated further action in response to the incident.
