Mrs. Qamar Gul, with her golden voice, has become an enduring legend in the history of Pashto music. Throughout her life, she faced numerous struggles and challenges, yet she overcame them with grace and determination.
Her artistic journey began in a village in the Shiwa district of Nangarhar province, and her fame soon spread beyond her region, reaching other countries.
In late 2022, at the age of 71, Qamar Gul passed away in Canada, where she was laid to rest in a cemetery in Hamilton.
