In this episode of the Atedal (Moderation) religious program, we will be discussing “The Ruling of Hijab in Islam and How It Is Practiced.”
We will explore the conditions and guidelines for wearing the hijab, why some women feel comfortable wearing it in today’s world while others view it as a limitation, and why women in societies where hijab is not mandatory choose to observe it voluntarily.
For this discussion, we have invited Prof. Dr. Obaidullah Burhani, Ph.D, an expert in international affairs; Dr. Duaa Ahmadzai, a professor of religious studies; and Mawlawi Mohammad Qasim Halimi, the former Minister of Hajj and Religious Affairs of Afghanistan, who will share their valuable insights.
