Two incendiary bombs have been fired into Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence, a media report said on Sunday.
Reuters reported: “Two flash bombs were fired towards Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s home in the northern Israeli town of Caesarea on Saturday and fell into the garden”.
The media outlet said neither Netanyahu nor his family was not present at home at the time of the attack and there was no damage reported.
Israel’s President Isaac Herzog condemned the incident and said an investigation was underway.
Defence Minister Israel Katz explained: “the incident crossed “all red lines”. This is the second time Netanyahu’s home has been attacked in the past one month.
“In October, a drone was launched towards the premier’s home in Caesarea, without causing any harm,” the news agency recalled.
Netanyahu and his wife were not present at the time of the bombing.
