US President Donald Trump plans to sign an executive order pulling his country out of the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), says a media report.
The National Public Radio (NPR) reported the Trump administration also wanted to cut US aid to the UNRWA — relief agency for Palestinians.
NPR quoted a White House official as saying Trump would sign on Tuesday (today) the executive order withdrawing the US from UNHRC.
Trump also planned to cut the US aid to the UN Relief and Work Agency (UNRWA) for Palestine refugees, the report added.
