The Abu Dhabi T10 League, featuring 10 teams, is all set to kick off today (Thursday).
The opener of the tournament is being played between Abu Dhabi and Ajman Bolts at the Zayed Cricket Stadium.
The tournament would be played in a round-robin format, with playoffs slated for December 1. The qualifier and two eliminator games will happen the same day.
The tournament will conclude on December 2. About 22 players from Afghanistan are part of the shortest format event.
Sharafuddin Ashraf, Amir Hamza, Qais Ahmad, Karim Janat, Azmatullah Omarzai, Farid Malik, Masood Gurbaz, Faridun Daudzai, Khalil Gurbaz, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Najibullah Zadran, Noor Ahmad Lagunwal, Allah Muhammad Ghazanfar, Mohammad Nabi, Ijaz Ahmadzai, Gulbuddin Naib, Mujib Zadran, Fazlul Haq Farooqi, Naveen-ul Haq, Rashid Khan, Mohammad Shahzad and Hazratullah Zazai have been purchased by different teams.
