A fatal fire killed three people, injured 33 others and reduced to ashes 12 companies, 64 houses, 55 shops and 12 vehicles in Paghman district of Kabul province on Wednesday.
In a statement, the disasters management department said based on survey of evaluation teams, three people had been killed and 33 injured due to the blaze erupted in a gas company in Qala-i-Haider area of Paghman district.
It said 12 companies, 64 houses, 55 shops and 12 vehicles were burnet in the fire.
According to the statement, head of the department expressed his condolences to the victims and said that efforts were being made to provide aid to the injured.
A meeting this regard decided to take strict measures to prevent such incidents in commercial centers and oil and petrol pump stations as soon as possible.
