Heavy monsoon rains have left 35 people dead besides damaging residential houses in different parts of Pakistan, officials say.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, 13 members of a family were killed on Friday when the roof of their house caved in as a result of a landslide in Upper Dir district.
Area residents told media representatives the incident occurred in Ramyal village. Families of three brothers lived together in the house.
Another nine people died in rain-related incidents in Jamshoro, Dadu and Mirpurkhas districts of Sindh province, where more than 30 people were injured.
Elsewhere in the country, 13 people were swept away by flash floods in Loralai, Qila Saifullah, Duki, Harnai and Jhal Magsi areas of Balochistan province.
