At least five people have been killed and 20 others wounded as a result of a bomb blast in Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia, a media report said on Monday.
NBS news quoted the Somalia police spokesman as saying: “Some people were watching the European soccer final between Spain and England on a screen inside a café when a car loaded with explosives exploded on Sunday night.”
He said at least 10 vehicles were damaged and some residential buildings affected by the blast.
The militant group al-Shabab took responsibility for the blast, saying it targeted a place where the country’s security forces were meeting.
