After two years of suspension, the Turkish Airlines will resume flights to Afghanistan on May 21, a media report said on Tuesday.
The airlines would operate four flights a week between Istanbul and Kabul on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, according to Anadolu News Agency.
The carrier suspended its flights to the country after the takeover of the Taliban in 2021.
Two months before the Turkish Airlines announcement, Fly Dubai and Air Arabia had also restarted flights to Afghanistan.
