Mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Baz Mohammad Mubariz has defeated his French opponent Johan Van de Hel in an overnight bout.
The athlete wrote on his Facebook account: “I would like to thank you all for supporting me and congratulate all countrymen.”
The fight took place on Sunday night at M2MMA in Thailand. With the outcome of the bout in the 74-kilogram weight category, the number of Mubariz’s wins has spiked to 11. He has also suffered six defeats in his career.
