By defeating her Russian rival at the European Para Taekwondo Championships, Afghan athlete Zakia Khudadadi has qualified for the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
Khudadadi wrote on her X account that she won the gold medal and found her way to the 2024 Paralympics in Paris.
Khudadadi, currently residing in France as an immigrant, outplayed her Russian opponent on Friday in Bulgaria.
Last year, she had won the European Para Taekwondo Championship.
