American police have arrested a 15-year-old boy on the charge of killing an Afghan in Washington DC, Fox News said on Saturday.
Fox News reported: “Nasrat Ahmad Yar, 31, was shot and killed while driving for Lyft in the D.C. area on July 3”.
Yar had served as an interpreter for the US Army Special Forces in Afghanistan.
He started his new life with his wife and four children in state of Virginia, America.
