Aalim Aqa Sherzak, International Football referee from Afghanistan, has been selected as referee for the friendly and pre-season match between Porto Portugal and Cardiff City, according to the National Football Federation (NFF) on Saturday.
On its twitter handle the NFF said the match would be held in Algarwa, Portugal and Sherzad would be the referee.
It is worth mentioning that Shirzad has been selected as an assistant video referee in the friendly match between Sporting Portugal and Real Sociedad of Spain, which will be held on July 25 of this year.
Sherzad had previously served as referee for the Afghanistan Premier League and Asian competitions.
